What You’ll Do:
- Speed of Service Expert: Deliver drinks quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Handle multiple orders at once while keeping service smooth, accurate, and upbeat.
- Bar Organisation & Cleanliness: Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organised at all times. Work proactively to maintain a tidy workspace during service and assist with closing duties at the end of the night.
- High-Energy Team Player: Bring positive energy to every shift, working closely with your team to keep the bar running seamlessly. Support others when needed and contribute to a strong team atmosphere.
- Exceptional Communicator: Maintain clear, confident communication with barbacks & your head bartender in a loud, fast-paced club setting. Stay approachable, friendly, and focused under pressure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bar experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while staying organised and composed.
- A strong team mentality and willingness to support others during busy shifts.
- Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy club environment.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to stay positive and motivated, no matter how busy it gets.
- Pride in keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and running smoothly, including helping with the opening and closing of the venue.
