Slow Down, Warm Up. From humble beginnings, slingin’ pizza out of an old MOT Station during lockdown, Ramona has grown into a staple of the Manchester scene. Pizza from Detroit and famous margaritas sit alongside late night shenanigans with radio broadcasts, live music and club nights from local and internationally renowned artists.
Slow Fires, Wild Spirits. Inspired by the laidback spirit of the Californian coast, vibrant flavours meet Northern Quarter vibes at The Firehouse. The focus is all on FRESH - wholesome dishes with global influence, quality wines, bold cocktails. Cabaret acts, dancers, live musicians and more take over after dark, transforming the Firehouse into a buzzing bar and the liveliest performance venue in town.

Having been in love with Detroit-style pizza ever since visiting that incredible city years ago, we’ve been on a mission to bring it to the masses.
Since opening in Autumn ‘24, our newest brand, Detroit Slims, has become the number one spot to grab a fresh, tasty lunch on Manchester’s Oxford Road with our game-changing approach to pizza.
With huge plans for rapid expansion throughout the UK and beyond, we’re looking for the right team to help launch Slims into the stratosphere.
